How we work

1. Complimentary consultation.
   To ensure we deliver exactly what you need, we begin every client engagement begins with a 60-minute complimentary consultation. During the consultation we work together to discuss your goals, explore your focus areas, photograph, and measure, the space during a walk-through and discuss your preferences for donation and discarding items (or not).
   
2. Customised plan.
   Based on your needs, we’ll create a customised plan to deliver your outcomes, including estimated costs.
   
3. Get started.
   With your approval of the plan, we schedule time and get to work. As we work, we’ll update you every day, through your preferred communication method, on progress and to review any questions.
   
4. Final walk through.
   On completion of the project, we’ll arrange a time to walk through the space with you again, photograph the finished rooms and share tips for staying organised into the future.
